Risk Management Facilitator (RMF)

Job Description:

. To successfully manage the Preparation of Civil Construction Safety Submission (CNSS), Civil Design Safety Submission (CDSS) and Project Safety Review (PSR)

. Present at LTA's project Safety committee Meeting (PSCM) for review of CNSS

. Perform risk analysis, risk monitoring and reporting

. Preparation and submission of documentations of Civil Design safety, Construction Safety and Project Safety reviews to LTA

. Conduct presentations and Risk Management meeting with LTA

. Maintenance of risk registrar

. Identify risks and ensure all requirements during design & construction stage are addressed with suitable protection and mitigation measures

. Prepare, maintain and update project Risk Register as project progresses

. Able to convene and facilitate Design for Safety Review Workshops / Meeting in accordance to GUIDE 1, GUIDE 2 and GUIDE 3 prepare and Maintain Design Risk...
