Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute risk management and internal control activities for GBS.
• Aid leadership in identifying, evaluating, and addressing key risks, controls, and action plans that align with the shared service operating framework, business strategy, group mandates, and local regulatory requirements.
• Implement internal controls for processes managed by the shared service center for affiliates, clarify roles and responsibilities, and maintain audit‑ready records.
• Encourage standardization and automation of processes and controls across serviced countries, advance digitalization and automation, and support global risk management and internal control in implementing peer review and control testing.
