Position OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance to lead and strengthen the Risk & Compliance function across CHEP Latin America.This is a highly visible leadership role with regional impact, partnering closely with executive stakeholders, Group functions, and country leadership teams.ResponsibilitiesLead the Risk Management Framework for CHEP Latin America, identifying, monitoring, and reporting principal business and operational risks.Act as main liaison with Brambles Internal Audit, supporting audit planning, responses, remediation, and issue closure.Ensure full compliance with Anti‐Money Laundering (AML) regulations across the region.Own the Management Declarations, Financial Minimum Control Standards (FMCS) and Delegations of Authority process for all LATAM entities.Manage the Regional Fraud Risk Assessment and Fraud Risk Register.Oversee property data validation supporting the Brambles insurance strategy.Manage and continuously improve the SOP repository...
