Job Description Summary
The Risk and Assurance Lead provides senior risk-informed assurance, change leadership, and advisory support, with a strong focus on driving change initiatives, special projects, and priority work that supports leadership decision‑making. The role requires strong commercial and operational acumen, end‑to‑end ownership, confidence in managing ambiguity, and the ability to remain effective as priorities evolve. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role will take ownership from problem definition through to execution, follow‑through, and stakeholder communication. It will support the function lead by shaping approaches, coordinating cross‑functional inputs, preparing senior‑ready outputs, and proactively progressing work across changing business priorities.
