Job Description: HSE Officer / HSE Supervisor – Solar PV Project Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer / HSE Supervisor to support a large-scale solar PV project in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are maintained across site activities, with a strong focus on construction, electrical works, energisation, contractor coordination and daily site safety management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce site health, safety and environmental procedures in line with project requirements and local regulations.
• Carry out daily site inspections, safety walks and audits across civil, mechanical and electrical work areas.
• Support site teams during energisation, commissioning preparation and high‑risk electrical activities.
• Review and monitor RAMS, permits to work, toolbox talks and task‑specific risk assessments.
