Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement risk management and compliance programs. Monitor and assess risk controls and compliance effectiveness.Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards.Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations.Promote compliance culture through training and guidance. Oversee AML, CFT, and sanction screening programs. Prepare reports for senior management and regulators.Stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices.
