Rigging & Lifting Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Rigging & Lifting Specialist to join a high‑performing team delivering consultancy to offshore energy industry. This role provides technical leadership and oversight for all lifting operations across onshore yards and offshore facilities, inclusive of subsea scopes. The successful candidate will ensure all lifting procedures, equipment, and construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and fully aligned with client & international standards and project requirements.

• When requested, oversee and validate lifting operations to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and project standards.
• Monitor and perform SVO and other audits of lifting activities across onshore and offshore worksites.
• Support safe execution of complex and critical lifts, including subsea and offshore operations.
