Technical Workforce Inc. is hiring Riggers for the Fish Creek Water Treatment Plant in Calgary, AB. This local role operates on a 5 days on, 2 days off schedule.
Become part of Jardeg's team as a Rigger, where you’ll be key to water infrastructure projects. This role includes responsibilities such as attaching loads for moving and assisting crane operations. Previous construction experience is greatly valued, along with appropriate certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely attach loads to rigging to move them
• Install pulleys and blocks on structures for operations
• Aid crane operators when necessary
• Conduct general cleanup of the construction site
• Arrange tools and materials effectively
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Rigging certificate
• At least 3 years of experience in construction as a Rigger
• Background in water infrastructure projects is preferred
• CSTS & WHMIS 2015 Certifications needed
