We are looking for a skilled and safety‑conscious Rigger to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for lifting, transferring, and positioning heavy equipment and materials using cranes and other rigging equipment. Applicants must have a valid TESDA NC II in Rigging.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and secure loads for lifting operations.
- Select, inspect, and maintain rigging equipment such as slings, shackles, chains, and hooks.
- Attach loads to cranes and ensure proper balance and stability.
- Assist and signal crane operators during lifting activities.
- Follow standard lifting procedures and safety regulations at all times.
- Conduct pre‑use inspection of tools and equipment.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members on lifting plans.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
