- At least High School or Vocational Graduate
- NC II Certification is an advantage
- Experience in rigging, lifting, and installation works
- Knowledgeable in proper handling of tools and equipment
- Physically fit and willing to work at heights
- Willing to be assigned to different project sites

Responsibilities
- Prepare, inspect, and assemble rigging equipment prior to lifting operations.
- Assist in loading, unloading, transferring, and positioning of electrical materials, equipment, transformers, poles, panels, and other heavy components.
