Job Description
- Assist with rider recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Help create and optimize delivery schedules and routes
- Support tracking of rider performance, safety, and compliance
- Learn to manage rider equipment and inventory
- Prepare basic operational reports and present findings
Qualifications
- Graduate of any business and computer related course
- At least 2 yrs working experience
- Knowledgeable to MS Word/Excel/PPT
- Output oriented
- Can work under minimal supervision and under pressure
- With OWN motorcycle with updated registration
- With at least Non Pro/ PRO Drivers license
