RF Failure Analysis Lead & F/A Engineering Supervisor

Link-Worldwide is seeking an experienced individual to lead Filter F/A activities in Mexicali, Baja California. In this role, you will manage package requests, coach team members, and maintain operational readiness of F/A machines.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of failure analysis experience, deep knowledge of RF testing, and hands-on experience with various analytical tools. Strong English communication skills are also required.
