- Provide remote and on-site technical support for RF devices and systems, body scanners, and frequency amplifiers, including: Remote incident management and Troubleshooting. Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. Perform installation, configuration, commissioning and training of QPS and BBA. Support Warranty and SLA compliance.
- Delivering advanced technical support for body scanners and amplifier systems, including in-depth diagnostics and coordination/escalation with specialized engineering teams for complex resolutions.
- Collaboration with international R&S locations as required.
- Training on new devices and technical service methods.
