Rewards and Analytics Specialist

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Rewards and Analytics Manager, the Rewards and Analytics Specialist supports the operational foundation of the Rewards & Analytics department. This position combines the daily management of payroll cycles and employee benefits with active collaboration in compensation reviews and HR reporting, ensuring high data integrity across all processes.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Payroll Cycle Management: Coordinate and execute the end to end payroll process in collaboration with our payroll partner. Ensure data accuracy, compliance with internal policies, and timely execution of monthly payroll inputs and outputs.
• Benefits Administration: Responsible for the day to day administrative management of OW’s employee benefits programs (pension plan, wellbeing initiatives, life insurance, health insurance, etc.), handling enrollments, cancellations, provider communications, and employee queries.
