Key Responsibilities
- Support reward demands by conducting technical analysis and proposing initial designs to provide fit‑for‑purpose analytical solutions to the Group Reward Delivery team.
- Perform pay ranges review and merit matrix modelling, benefits review, incentive review, and pay equity & living wage analysis.
- Support global reward projects, aiding decision‑making and process management for the Global Reward team.
- Collaborate with HR shared services to deploy system improvements in line with changes to reward policies.
- Assist RAD Process Leads in maintaining reward data management, process maps, and frameworks to ensure a consistent approach.
