Job Summary
ibex, on behalf of its global client, is hiring. We are looking for a RevOps Analyst (Night Shft) to support our sales team across the full deal lifecycle — from deal registration with suppliers and TSDs through opportunity management in Salesforce, reporting, and commission reconciliation. You will serve as the operational backbone of our revenue team, keeping data accurate, sales aligned, and processes moving.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Registration & Opportunity Management
- Manage deal registration with suppliers and TSDs on behalf of the sales team, ensuring registrations are submitted accurately and on time .
- Create and maintain opportunity records in Salesforce, ensuring all required fields are complete and stages reflect current deal status .
