Reverse Logistics Ops Intern – AU & PH

Responsibilities

• Support Reverse Logistics operations for the Australia and Philippines markets by facilitating carrier assignments—coordinate reverse logistics workflows across both markets, manage carrier allocation, track return shipment statuses, and resolve carrier‑related escalations to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Work with data to further improve reverse logistics processing—analyze return logistics data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, monitor key metrics such as return processing time and carrier performance, and provide data‑driven recommendations to optimize the reverse supply chain.
• Assist in negotiations for new 3PLs—support the evaluation and onboarding of new third‑party logistics providers by conducting market research, benchmarking service offerings and pricing, and coordinating communication between internal stakeholders and prospective 3PL partners.
