We are looking for a service-oriented and detail-driven Reservation Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and pleasant booking experience from enquiry to confirmation. You will play an important part in optimizing room sales while delivering a high standard of personalized service.
Key Responsibilities- Handle all reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Process bookings accurately in the reservation system, ensuring all guest details and preferences are well captured
- Provide clear and engaging information on room categories, rates, promotions, and property facilities
- Proactively recommend suitable room options and upsell to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue
