Revenue Management Sr. Analyst

Your Role

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for managing the Revenue Management strategy across a portfolio of six hotels, including forecasting, pricing, inventory management, distribution, competitive analysis, business intelligence, group business management, strategic reporting, and continuous process improvement, with the objective of maximizing revenue, optimizing commercial performance, and driving overall business profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue, profitability, and yield across a portfolio of six hotels through business trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and the implementation of effective Revenue Management and pricing strategies.
• Produce, audit, and maintain Revenue Management reports for the six-hotel portfolio, providing forward-looking insights to support forecasting, identify commercial opportunities, and achieve hotel financial objectives.
