- Driving net revenue optimization by creating insights of the RGM levers (e.g., promo effectiveness, mix management, distribution, trade investments) for the local marketing & commercial teams.
- Ensuring that the execution of the RGM strategy helps the wider company, region and countries to realize company goals.
- Driving compliance with regulations and global RGM framework and ensuring high‑quality budget planning and management.
