Revenue-Driven Sales Support (Remote) – Email & Chat

TalentPop App is seeking a Sales Support Rep – Email & Chat to deliver world-class written support while identifying revenue opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and retention. This is a fully remote, non-voice role focused entirely on written communication.

You will handle customer inquiries via email and live chat, resolve product and order concerns, and contribute to retention and expansion targets by educating customers on premium features and expansions.
