Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Revenue Cycle Management role based in Manila. The role involves managing end-to-end revenue cycle processes, including patient account setup, charge capture, claims submission, payment posting, and denial management. The team member will review financial data and reimbursement trends, identify variances, and recommend process improvements to optimize collections and minimize revenue leakage. Daily tasks include communicating with internal teams, payers, and other stakeholders to resolve billing issues, ensure compliance with regulations and payer guidelines, and maintain accurate documentation. The role also includes preparing periodic reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting audits and process improvement initiatives.
