Revenue Analyst in Lease Administration

Be part of CAPREIT as a Revenue Analyst, dedicated to enhancing lease administration and revenue processes. This role combines strong analytical skills with hands-on SAP management.
You will support Operations by maintaining accurate tenant information, managing lease renewals, and addressing tenant inquiries. Responsibilities also include preparing legal documents and providing insights on revenue data. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with CAPREIT's policies and enhance operational efficiency through effective revenue management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain tenant profiles and rent roll within SAP
• Oversee lease renewal processes and banking info setup
• Prepare late rent notices in compliance with legislation
• Approve unit-specific invoicing for charges
• Analyze outstanding AR and bad debts for management
