Retention & Reactivation Specialist

We're looking for a highly organized and technically minded CRM & Marketing Operations Associate to support campaign execution across multiple brands within our portfolio, as well as support and onboarding for new clients.
This role will report directly to the Trivelta CRM Manager and the product manager for Bonus & Marketing Engineering.
In this role, you will work closely with both marketing and engineering teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in building, testing, and deploying campaigns across various channels: email, push, in-app messaging via Braze
Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure CRM workflows are technically sound and meet user targeting requirements
Perform QA and troubleshooting for dynamic content, personalization logic, segmentation, and deliverability creative input abnormalities
