We’re Hiring: Retention Manager
We’re looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Retention Manager to lead our Customer Retention Department and drive team success.
Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in the US Final Expense industry. We also encourage professionals with experience managing Customer Retention, Customer Service, or Telemarketing teams in a US-based BPO to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Retention Team to achieve KPIs and retention targets.
- Develop strategies to reduce cancellations and improve customer retention.
- Monitor team performance, conduct coaching sessions, and handle escalated cases.
- Collaborate with Sales, QA, Training, and Operations to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze reports, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with company standards.
