We're looking for a Retention & CRM Manager to own Weekendesk's retention engine across all markets.
Based in Barcelona, reporting to the CMO. The CRM function is yours to build.
The Role
You'll be Weekendesk's first dedicated CRM leader, accountable for repeat revenue, customer lifetime value, and the full lifecycle experience across all countries.
Today the team is one person. Your job is to lead them, grow the function, and make CRM a real growth lever for the business.
KPIs You'll Own
- Repeat booking rate & CLTV
- CRM revenue contribution
- Engagement across channels (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp)
What You'll Do
Set the strategy
- Define the CRM & retention vision across all markets
- Own the segmentation logic: new bookers, repeat, VIP, lapsed
- Build the measurement framework: LTV, cohorts, churn signals
