Retention Architect: Email & Lifecycle (Klaviyo)

OKTOBER is a fast-growing Shopify retention agency. We are remote-first and welcome applicants worldwide, with a CET overlap requirement to stay connected. You will own strategy, copy, and campaigns to turn 4 Shopify brands into long-term retention stories, collaborating with a strong design team.

You’ll grow knowledge across the team, sharing tools and frameworks while building strong client relationships. This is a fully remote role with clear growth into Senior and Manager positions.
