Job Requirements
- Hold a formal college degree in basic business or office management from a recognized school.
- Show at least 24 months of working experience helping a sales team inside a busy company office.
- Speak and write very simple, clear English to send daily emails to our shop buyers without making spelling mistakes.
Responsibilities
- Read morning emails from new buyers and write down their large shopping orders safely into the computer system.
- Check the warehouse computer records to see if the requested shop items are ready to be packed and sold.
- Help the outdoor sales managers by printing their daily meeting papers and answering their phone calls quickly.
