The Role

Imagine the excitement of a six‑month overseas deployment as a civilian Retail Supervisor for the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). You will supervise a retail store, manage the retail team and operations, enforce health, hygiene, safety and security standards, and support CAF and partner nation personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the retail team and operations.
• Enforce health, hygiene, safety and security standards and programs.
• Prepare regular cash audits, periodic reconciliation of deposits, authorize refunds, voids, and returns, and hold keys, safe combinations and access codes.
• Ensure distribution of merchandise to outlets and maintain adequate stock levels.
• Conduct effective monthly inventory of the store and manage contracts.
• Implement and maintain loss prevention controls.
• Assist with recreational activities and events to enhance morale.
