You will oversee the performance of 2GO Retail stores and Agents within the assigned cluster, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with SOPs, and achievement of revenue targets. You will manage and develop Retail Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet KPIs, while driving sales growth through upselling, cross‑selling, and lead generation initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Cluster Management & Leadership
- Supervise daily operations of multiple retail stores and agents within the assigned cluster.
- Monitor RSA performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and KPIs.
