Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of retail management experience
- College level education or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and judgment skills
- Adaptability, positive attitude, client focus, and effective communication
Responsibilities
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
