Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 + Benefits

Duties
• Oversee daily retail operations and ensure exceptional customer service
• Lead, coach, schedule, and support retail staff while fostering a positive team culture
• Manage inventory, purchasing, product movement, and vendor relationships
• Monitor sales performance, labour costs, and operational expenses
• Support merchandising, promotions, and initiatives to drive sales growth
Assets
• Previous retail management experience is required
• Food, grocery, or specialty retail experience is an asset
• Experience with Shopify POS, QuickBooks Online, and inventory management systems
