What You’ll Do
- Motivate and inspire your team to help customers find the perfect product or service.
- Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun.
- Oversee store KPIs (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health & safety).
- Maintain a healthy profit and loss.
What We’re Looking For
- Full-time availability.
- 2+ years of experience leading a retail team of at least 15 associates.
- 2+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to create an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment.
- Must be at least the age of majority (18 or 19 depending on your province) to process mobile activations.
