Responsibilities
- Update and enforce store manuals, policies, and procedures to meet standards.
- Coordinate store launches and monitor inventory and supply levels.
- Oversee staff performance, training, and scheduling.
- Resolve issues involving inventory, sales, merchandising, and operations.
- Develop and run multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Conduct customer surveys, market research, and competitor analyses.
- Manage promotional materials, sales programs, and incentives.
- Liaise with external marketing or advertising partners as needed.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail operations, specifically in a supervisory or team lead role.
