Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and replenishing inventory
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash, card transactions, and process returns or exchanges
- Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and visually appealing
- Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and cascade when necessary
- Stay informed about new products and trends within the store
