This role involves driving sales and maintaining customer satisfaction for bond paper products.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries for bond paper products.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads and convert them into orders.
• Prepare price quotations, sales proposals, and product presentations.
• Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with logistics and warehouse for deliveries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Monitor customer accounts for payment follow‑ups and credit term adherence.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports.
• Provide after‑sales service support, handling complaints or special requests.
• Stay updated on product specifications, pricing, and industry trends.
