The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a boutique retail environment (not department stores) and be passionate about fashion, customer service, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their purchases and provide styling suggestions
• Ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
• Process payments and handle basic POS transactions
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Build positive relationships with customers and repeat clients
