Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Able to achieve monthly sales quota
• Perform live selling to shopping platforms
• Ensure quality on providing customer service and conflict resolution
• Provide timely responses to all inquiries sent to all platforms of the company
• Provide excellent customer service through chat software and emails
• Come up with content like descriptions and photos for the posts
• Contact and negotiate with clients to address inquiries and store improvement
• Fulfill all orders garnered from all E-Commerce platforms
• Help provide sales report for all platforms
• Assist with the Inventory Management of the stocks allocated for E-Commerce Department

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business
• Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Mass Communications or equivalent.
