Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for selling products through courteous, friendly, and efficient service and accurate on-time execution of merchandise display and promotion.
- Exhibits full product knowledge to engage and satisfy customers that will impact sales and ultimately drive business growth.
- Implements sales initiatives through suggestive selling, sharing product knowledge, and highlighting promotion offers.
- Knowledge and ability to consistently implement service standards and applicable processes in retail operations.
- Helps in the attainment of sales and target of the branch. (Must hit individual quota given).
