Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selection.
• Maintain store displays and ensure merchandise is well-organized.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to team objectives.
• Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
• Experience Level: Related work experience will be an advantage, fresh graduates and/or no experience applicants are welcome to apply!
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, marketing knowledge, and customer management abilities are essential.
