Responsibilities
- To deliver annual sales of a certain amount and number of units in accordance with the Branch's sales plan & project.
- To ensure collection efficiency 100%. To monitor and update customer's schedule of payments. To ensure that collection targets are met.
- To acquire adequate and up-to-date product knowledge and selling techniques.
- To execute, implement & measure sales and marketing strategies & tactics.
- To develop, maintain, review, and expand customer base, and to come up with customer's records/profiles and ensure that customer data are maintained and updated regularly.
- To plan, execute, and review a systematic frequency of customer calls and visitations, and to establish good customer service relationships by giving prompt and sincere attention to their needs and requirements. Ensure that customers and customer-related issues are handled with utmost courtesy.
