Retail Sales Associate — Commissioned, Customer Leader

Camping World seeks a Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and build strong product knowledge in a fast-paced retail setting. You will promote warranties and Good Sam memberships and contribute to a positive shopping experience for every guest.

You will also lead the department, mentor colleagues, and help maintain store presentation. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, may be required, with opportunities for growth and commissions.
