Retail Program Manager- Establish a Territory diagnostic and identify key trends in market the sell-out
- Elaborate tactics to address his perimeter (market, channel, geography,)
- Identify and recruit new channel partners in line with the Region orientations
- Conduct business reviews, steer and make corrective action as appropriate
- Develop and animate the partnership
- Create documentation and tailor programs by customers
- Ensure proper allocation of resources to optimize Michelin & partner’s performance consistently with distribution strategy (incl. OMM, CatMan approach,)
