Retail Production Coordinator

Some of what you will do

The Retail Production Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating all orders that are routed to our print department. The individual will take responsibility for receiving inbound orders, sorting and prioritizing the orders, ensuring all components of orders are intact, validating the print readiness of orders, and routing orders into production. The coordinator will also be responsible for all communication activities with external customers, ensuring service orientation.

Specifically, You Will

• Frequently monitor dashboards for new orders.
• Schedule machine resources efficiently, prioritize orders for production, and distribute orders to associates.
• Ensure all order components are available for production, including order instructions, hard copy and digital files.
