Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional retail operations projects and support the implementation of new tools, processes and operational initiatives.
- Partner with local markets to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Support boutique openings, renovations and regional events by ensuring operational readiness.
- Collaborate with Retail, Client Experience, Visual Merchandising and other cross‑functional teams to deliver business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, analyse field feedback and recommend process improvements.
