Key Responsibilities

You will focus on six Key Pillars:

• Supply Chain Management Platform Champion

You will act as the primary point of contact for the Lazada Philippines Retail team in utilizing the internal supply chain and back margin management systems. By guiding Retail Buyers in using these tools effectively, you will help reduce billing discrepancies, ensure timely back margin submissions, and streamline contract encoding.

• SOP & Governance Facilitator

In this role, you will be responsible for managing SOPs that govern PH Retail’s operational workflows. Your mission is to ensure that all processes are well-documented, accessible, and audit-ready to reduce risk of errors and support consistent execution across teams. Your contributions will directly improve the transparency and compliance of our operating procedures.
