Retail Operations Consultant
This role is responsible for processing client investment transactions, supporting independent financial advisers, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service across all client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process new and existing investment instructions within required service standards.
- Process new business applications, account openings, additional investments, withdrawals, and account amendments.
- Review incoming instructions for accuracy and completeness before processing.
- Monitor and follow up on pending transactions to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure all transactions comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and independent financial advisers via telephone and email.
- Respond to client queries professionally, accurately, and within agreed turnaround times.
