Retail Operations Assistant – Fixed term position ending October 1, 2026.
What you will do
- Provide an outstanding customer experience and show a professional image.
- Answer calls and inform customers about our products and services.
- Greet customers at the service center.
- Accompany clients according to their needs.
- Complete billing.
- Support technicians during installation and repairs, clean and vacuum cars.
- Ensure customer satisfaction at every step.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
What you’ll need
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales and/or customer service (asset).
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry (asset).
- Ability to commute within a radius of 20 km.
