Retail Manager/ Restaurant Manager BN82

We are seeking Retail Managers to join our clients in Perth and surrounding Suburbs, WA on a permanent full-time basis. Candidates with Hospitality Management qualifications or equivalent experience are encouraged to apply.

As a Retail Manager your key responsibilities are: 

• Manage the restaurant’s menu, product mix and service standards.
• Monitor food, beverage and packaging stock and arrange purchasing.
• Set menu prices based on costs, market conditions and profitability.
• Coordinate promotions, advertising and customer-loyalty initiatives.
• Oversee dine-in, takeaway, delivery and point-of-sale operations.
• Advise customers on menu items, ingredients and available services.
• Maintain records of sales, stock, wastage and financial transactions.
