Overview
The Retail Manager will lead Karofi's retail operations in the Philippines, driving sales‑out performance while building and scaling a sustainable retail network. This role is responsible for retail operations excellence, store expansion, new store setup, and commercial execution across company‑owned stores, kiosks, and future retail channels.
Candidates from premium consumer durable or high‑value consumer product industries such as home appliances, electronics, furniture, mattresses, kitchen & bath, sanitary ware, automotive accessories, or similar retail chains are highly preferred.
